Individual Teletherapy Services
Dr. Matos offers secure, HIPAA-compliant teletherapy to clients throughout California. Virtual sessions are conducted via an easy-to-use video platform and offer the comfort and convenience of attending therapy from your own space while still fostering a meaningful therapeutic connection.

Dr. Matos takes a client-centered, holistic approach to therapy, considering how mental, physical, and social factors influence well-being. She integrates evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Dr. Matos is a private pay provider and does not accept insurance. This allows for greater flexibility, privacy, and control over your care. If you have out-of-network benefits, a detailed superbill can be provided upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service and is accepted via credit or debit card. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions about rates or reimbursement options.
